Guided imagery is an easy and effective tool for accessing your inner brilliance. It has been successfully used for thousands of years for healing, gaining insight, and receiving revelation. Cyndi Dale, an expert on visualization and intuition, will guide participants through the fundamental steps of using guided imagery for general and specific goals. We will cover the applications of guided imagery, the 12 different types of imagery, the art of "questing" or opening to information and energy, and the how to integrate it into your daily life.
