About Gina

Aligned Living, By Way of the Body

I aim to inspire you to live a more aligned life. After years of struggling with stress and anxiety, I decided to take control of my life and heal my body from the inside out. I was diagnosed with PCOS and an autoimmune condition at 26, married at 27, and navigating a divorce at 28 β€” I faced massive problems, felt like no one understood me, and my body was screaming for help.

In the middle of it all, I was also uncovering earlier trauma, including sexual abuse, that I hadn't fully faced, and I knew I needed more support than I had access to. To top it off, I started to see angels β€” and for a while, I genuinely thought I was losing my mind.

Scared as hell, I turned to Feng Shui and the healing arts. I conquered real fears and moved through real obstacles, and I came out the other side with tools that changed everything. Now I help others do the same β€” often in less than half the time it took me.

Gina Nicole Ballard is a subtle energy medicine mentor, intuitive copywriter, and certified Feng Shui practitioner whose work bridges practical energetics with soulful transformation. She's the founder of the E.M.B.O.D.Y. One Membership, a living framework guiding people back into energetic integrity through spiritual hygiene, ritual, rhythm, and self-inquiry.

You can email Cyndi's support team at [email protected] for information. Please note that Gina does not respond personally to emails.
One-hour sessions must be paid in full a minimum of one week in advance, before an appointment, and canceled 72 hours in advance or your money is forfeited.
Please note that Gina's one-hour sessions are 55 minutes in length, thus ending 5 minutes before the hour. One-half-hour sessions are 27 minutes. Please call Gina at the time of your scheduled phone session β€” the phone number will be sent in an email.
All consultations must be scheduled within one year of purchase, or session(s) will be forfeited.
