After 40 Years of Teaching, Here's How I Know Energy Healing Is Real

People ask me this all the time.

"Cyndi, how do you know it's real?"

Fair question. I've been doing this work for over 40 years. I've written 40 books. I've watched over a million people come through my classes, sessions, and programs.

And I'll be honest with you, I don't ask you to believe me. I ask you to look at the evidence.

Here's mine.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱.

Two years in a row, I had what they call a positive breast exam. Potential tumors and growths they could see on the imaging.

Both times, I did energy work in the window between tests.

Both times, the growth was gone at the follow-up. One disappeared completely before my eyes on the ultrasound screen.

I'm not telling you this is a cure. I'm telling you the body responds, because the body is made of energy.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗮.

She came to me with a massive tumor in her gut. Surgery was scheduled, but her doctors weren't hopeful. They were buying time.

When I worked with her intuitively, I saw an image of someone punching her in the stomach, repeatedly, when she was a child.

"Who punched you in the stomach?" I asked.

"My brother," she said. And then started crying.

We released the energetic charge her brother's violence had left behind. I told her: when you go into surgery, let the surgeon cut out your brother's energy.

She did. The cancer never came back.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝘆 𝘀𝗼𝗻.

My son Gabe and I were delivering his paper route. We were on opposite sides of the street. I heard a voice in my head loud and clear say: stop him.

I yelled at him to stop, then a car barreled around the corner a second later. If I hadn't listened, he would have been hit.

Proof of the invisible doing its job.

Here's what I want you to understand.

99.999% of all energy is subtle. Invisible. And most of us were never taught to access it.

Your emotions and thoughts are energy. The trauma that isn't even yours; your mother's shame, your father's rage, your grandparents scarcity, that's energy too sitting in your body right now, potentially driving your health, your relationships, your choices.

Energy healing gets to the origins, the invisible layer underneath everything, that nothing else can quite reach. 

You're already an energy being. You already have more access to this than you think.

The question is whether you're willing to look.
